What to do without my travel card / Register without OV-chipkaart
How to register and get compensation if you don't have an OV-chipkaart, including using a bank card or OV-Pay.
If you don't have your OV-chipkaart with you, here's what you can do:
- Register with your bank card: It is possible to register on our website using your bank card instead of your OV-chipkaart.
- No bank card either? Unfortunately, we are not able to process your compensation without a travel card or bankcard linked to your journeys.
