Everyone knows it: delays. During our student days, we discovered that you are entitled to compensation for significant delays, but we found out how complicated the NS makes this. You have to keep track of everything yourself and fill out extensive forms.

That had to change, we thought.

In our evening hours, we built a solution to automate this. After two years of hard work, we went live in the summer of 2024. In the meantime, we help more than 95,000 train travelers and process 700,000 train rides per month. And that while we are still working with a small team, often just the two of us. It is not always easy, but it is more than worth it.

Our goal is simple.

We want to not only make the lives of train travelers easier and fairer, but also have a positive impact on the NS. Ultimately, we would of course prefer to see delays no longer occurring at all. But until then, we are here for you, so that you get what you are entitled to.
