What does 'Nog niet verwerkt' mean / Claim not processed

If you're seeing the status "Nog niet verwerkt" on your claim, here's what it means.

What it means

Your claim has been created in our system but has not been yet submitted to NS.

Why it happens

We run automatic quality checks before submitting claims to NS. Not all claims are submitted instantly - this is normal part of our process and does not mean anything is wrong with your claim.

What happens next

Once the quality check is complete, your claim is submitted to NS automatically. No action is needed from you.

You do not need to worry about your claim expiring — we prioritize claims that are close to their expiration date.
