Whats Included

1. Claims paid out within the hour - By default, once NS approves your compensation claim it takes roughly two weeks to reach your account. With Pro, we pay you out directly - within an hour of approval.
2. Personal NS subscription Advice - We analyse your actual travel behaviour and calculate which NS subscription costs you the least. Every month we check whether a switch could save you money. This can amount to tens - sometimes hundreds - of euros per year, without you having to do anything.
3. Money back for missed check-outs - Forgot to check out? We automatically detect these trips and recover the excess fare charged by NS - up to €60 per year.

What does Pro cost

There are no fixed monthly fees.

• Instant payout: we charge a small percentage of each claim amount when we pay you out instantly. The exact percentage is shown before you activate.
• Subscription savings: If we find a better NS subscription for you, we charge a one-time percentage of the projected annual saving - calculated and shown upfront before confirmation.

Is Pro a subscription? Can I cancel?

Pro is not a recurring subscription - there is no monthly fee to cancel. You pay only when we save or pay out money for you. If you wish to cancel, please contact [email protected].
